New 2016 Honda Pilot

These official photos, which come courtesy of Edmunds, reveal Honda's new, more Acura-like styling direction for their mid-size crossover that looks less utilitarian and more modern and upmarket - both inside and out, than the outgoing Pilot.

One feature that remains from the previous model is the new Pilot's ability to chauffeur up to eight passengers in three rows of seats.

According to Honda, "the new Pilot represents a dramatic shift in design, while showcasing new standout technologies, versatility, and dynamics currently unavailable in the mainstream SUV segment".
